The Role
This is a hands-on growth role at a small, fast-moving gaming studio. You will help drive our creator partnerships function - finding, contacting and assisting to close deals with YouTubers and Social Media influencers to grow our products. On the side, you will help strengthen the companies external and internal stakeholder relations.
This is not a support role. You will be responsible for building and running the outreach pipeline from scratch, managing your own targets, and report results to leadership. The operational side is yours to own, not someone else's to-do list.
You will be measured on outreach volume, response rate, partnerships launched and quality of internal reporting.
About Synx Games
Synx Games is a UGC game creation company specialising in Minecraft. Founded in 2020, we've operated some of the largest Minecraft servers to date, working with creators like SSundee and other UGC companies to build communities enjoyed by thousands.
We're a small team based at Spark House on the University of Lincoln's Brayford Campus, supported by our international partners. We move fast, keep things flexible and genuinely enjoy what we do.
What You'll Do
Creator Outreach Pipeline
Build and manage the full outreach pipeline - research potential YouTuber and influencer partners, segment by relevance and reach, run cold outreach campaigns and track all activity and responses.
Partnership Support
Follow up with creators, book intro calls and support in closing partnership deals.
Stakeholder Relations
Work with the team to repurpose company updates, partnership wins and milestones into LinkedIn and internal communications to build the brand's visibility with potential future partners.
General Operations
Pitch in on general operations - in a team this size, no two weeks look the same.
Essential Criteria
Right to work
Must have the right to work in the UK
Qualifications
Current student at the University of Lincoln (UG or PG)
Communication
Strong written communication and Excel skills
Initiative
Self-starter who can own a pipeline and manage their own time without constant direction
Teamwork
Comfortable working in a small team where everyone mucks in
Nice to Have
- Experience with outreach, email marketing, sales development or partnership management
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion, or similar)
- Interest in or understanding of the gaming industry, content creators or UGC platforms
- Experience creating LinkedIn or social media content in a professional context
